Students learn about rhythm, movement, and texture in the context of sound and image. They create their own water-color resist using color, line and texture to demonstrate principles of both art and music.


Objectives and assessment criteria

Students will:

  1. visualize sounds and rhythms.
  2. understand common vocabulary used in art and music.
  3. learn about warm and cool colors.
  4. know the difference between organic and geometric shapes.
